Business Developer at A Reputable Company

Overview

Responsible for identifying new sales leads, pitching products and/or services and maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.

What You Will Do

  1. Research organizations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets.
  2. Research into the needs of other companies and learning which make decisions about purchases.
  3. Contact potential clients via email or phone call to establish rapport and set up meetings.
  4. Prepare power points presentations and sales displays.
  5. Contact clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products.
  6. Develop quotes and proposals.
  7. Negotiate and renegotiate by phone, email and in person.
  8. Develop sales goals for the team and ensure they are met.
  9. Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
  10. Should be able to successfully close a deal.
  11. Other duties assigned

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business Administration
  • 2 to 3 years and above experience in Marketing, Business Development or Sales.
  • Good command over written and spoken English
  • Should not be more than 28 years
  • Creative talents, and possess the ability to solve tough problems
  • Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Good management, Multi-task ability and team leadership skills
