• Research and identify new sales leads, pitching products and/or services to potential clients/customers, maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers and ensuring profitability.
• Manage and execute processes and tools for growing the business.
• Respond to calls and emails directed towards the various official contact channels.
• Identify the decision makers within the prospective clients’ organization and develop good relationships with current and potential clients
• Consulting with clients based on a needs analysis
• Ensure all aspect of the organization is running smoothly.
• Ensure accurate daily reporting of all cash transactions and expenses made.
• Report to your line manager and attend to all duties as assigned by the line manager.

Requirements

• A first degree in any discipline.
• 0-1 year experience in business development
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Must be smart, resourceful and have a high energy level.
• Ability to work under little or no supervision.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in an environment of high growth and continual change
• Must be Meticulous with high attention to details.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Self-motivated and self-directed
