We are urgently recruiting hundreds of workers to work on the DANIDA Bridges and Roads Project. The project consists building of 7 bridges and the afferent roads, in three different localities in the Northern regions of Ghana.

Job Location: The project sites are Kulungugu, Garu, Doninga, Sissili, Ambalara, Kulun and other locations, all in northern Ghana.

Qualifications

The bookkeeper candidate should have an HND in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience, as well as a knowledge of bookkeeping and generally accepted accounting.

Preference will be given to candidates with a working knowledge of the accounting software package.

Duties:

• Generally, someone with hand-on experience
• Petty cash handling
• Withholding tax
• Ability to work with less supervision
• Highly organized person
• Great attitude, accommodating temperament
• Ability to support the team
