Overview

Concord Hostel & Apartment at McCarthy Hill Junction is looking for a candidate interested in the role of a Bilingual Front Desk Secretary. The ideal candidate must be focused, friendly, ready to learn and follow instructions, reliable, honest and self-motivated.

What You Will Do

  1. Collecting, sorting, distributing, and preparing mail and courier deliveries.
  2. Copying files, and maintaining records and documents
  3. Greeting walk-in customers and other visitors and escorting them to specific destinations
  4. Answering, screening, and forwarding telephone calls
  5. Performing other administrative support tasks, such as keeping appointment calendars
  6. Obtaining or sending information or documents using a computer, fax machine, or mail
  7. Contributing to the security of the office by helping to monitor visitors’ access.
  8. Checking in and out clients.
  9. Answering client questions.
  10. Perform any other duties instructed by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

  1. A minimum educational qualification of SHS graduate or equivalent.
  2. Must be computer literate and tech savvy.
  3. Must be able to speak French.
