Bancassurance Sales Officer

Overview

A reputable Insurance Company is looking to recruit, train and develop salespeople to market the insurance portfolio to customers of a leading Commercial Bank in the country. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients by providing customer support, with a view or retaining and growing the Bancassurance business to meet sales targets.


What You Will Do

  1. Sells insurance products proactively at the bank.
  2. In charge of all insurance issues at the branch level.
  3. Builds a pipeline of clients and proactively engages them to achieve sales.
  4. Participates in support roles for bank including account opening, activations and market storms.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

  • Previous marketing/insurance sales will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to communicate confidently at all levels.
  • Dynamic personality with good ability to interact with different people and levels.
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced working environment and ability to work with set targets.
  • Minimum of a diploma from a recognized tertiary institution.
  • Must have completed National Service
