Job Purpose

• To assist the Plant Supervisor with plant operations within the framework of the Company’s policies and work procedures.

Qualification Required & Experience

Required:

• Chemical Engineering or Chemistry with at least three (3) years Post-Qualification Industrial Experience.
• Working knowledge of a Production Software.

Desirable:

• Knowledgeable in Quality, Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental ISO Management Systems.
• IT-Literate and Analytical Thinking.
• Good Interpersonal, Team Building and People Leadership Skills etc.

Principal Accountabilities

• Utilise the Raw Material Report and Weekly Production Programme to schedule daily operations.
• Requisition appropriate raw materials, ensure product specifications are met and supervise packaging of finished products.
• Write daily reports accounting for both finished products and work-in-progress to reconcile material usage and finished products.
