Asutifi Rural Bank is seeking to recruit an Assistant Internal Audit Manager.

Job Role:

• The successful applicants will work under the direct instruction of the Head of Audit to execute audit work in the bank

Key Responsibilities:

• To work closely with the Head of Audit to implement work at Head Office and agencies based on approved audit programme
• To conduct investigations at held when the need arises
• To organise training for staff with the support of Heart of Audit
• To work closely with other management teams to ensure the implementation of onsite and off-site inspection reports
• Other responsibilities as may be assigned by the Supervisor

Qualification Required & Experience

Qualification, Knowledge, Experience and Skills

• At least a good First University Degree in Accounting, Business Management. Business Administration or any other relevant discipline from a recognised university Professional qualification such as ACIB, CA, ACCA etc. is an added advantage
• A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position in a Financial Institution preferably in a rural bank
• Must have experience in Temenos 24 Software application
• Proficiency in computer skills preferably. Word, Excel PowerPoint presentation, publishing etc,
• Excellent skills in English language (spoken and written)
• Production of good report within a reasonable time
• Willingness to travel and work in small communities
• Pays attention to details familiar with Ghanaian laws especially those governing financial industry in Ghana
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal relationship

Location: Brong Ahafo Region
