Administrative Secretary

OVERVIEW

Aquasmile Ltd is urgently looking for an Administrative Secretary to hire.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Submit and reconcile expense report

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCES

  • HND Secretaryship/office management or relevant courses
  • 3-5years of experience as an Administrative Secretary would be advantageous.
  • Advanced proficiency in managing documents, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Ability to liaise internally and externally on administrative matters.
  • Exceptional filing, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and take direction accurately
  • Competent IT skills, particularly proficiency with Ms word &coral draw
  • High level of accuracy
  • Analytical thinker and problem solver
  • Extremely organized
  • Discreet when dealing with confidential information
  • Administrative skills
