Company Profile:

Maybert Engineering Company limited is into the sale, installation and servicing of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning equipment. The company is seeking to employ a person within the ages of 25years to 30 years for the position of Administrative Secretary.

Administrative Duties:

• Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriately.
• File Business documents and client documents in their appropriate files.
• Keep stock of Office Stationery and Housekeeping Supplies and prepare requisition to restock where necessary.
• Prepare business letters and other business documents.
• Compile and Organize Bid documents for Tenders.
• Receive external Business correspondences and letters on behalf of the company
• Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
• Provide administrative support to the MD.
• Provide Administrative Support to the HR & Admin Manager.

Customer Service duties:

• Receive Inbound Customer calls.
• Provide product or service Information to the client.
• Refer customer request to the Marketing and sales department by updating Sales leads sheet in google docs.
• Refer client fault reports to the Head of engineering by updating the Fault report sheet.

Educational Qualification: HND in Secretariaship

Specification:

• Minimum of 3 years of working experience as an administrative Assistance.
• Stronghold on all Microsoft office tools.
• Writing of concise Business letters.
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent Customer Relationship Management Skills.
• Good Interpersonal and Organizational skills
