Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations of the office.
  • Manage correspondence, filing systems, and office supplies.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Support HR, finance, and consulting teams with clerical and logistical tasks.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders in a professional manner.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in administrative or office support roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
