Job Description

• Heading Cross Functional Team (CFT) meetings
• Preparing of reports
• Reporting on performance to the President and Board of Directors
• Setting of KRA for key management members including Communications Director, Media
• Officer, General Manager, Operations Manager, Technical Team and others in the line.
• Appearing at all games involving the club
• Conducting KRA reviews
• Preparing various Key Performance Indicators
• Conducting periodic performance reviews

• Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Presentation and reporting skills
• IT proficiency
• Communication skills
• Fluent in English while French is added advantage

Qualification: Minimum of University degree and at least three years of experience in a related field
