Administrative / Executive Assistant at A Construction Firm

Overview

A reputable construction firm in Ghana seek the services of various professionals in the construction industry as an Administrative / Executive Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex itineraries, and agendas.
  • To provide general administrative and clerical tasks such as answering phones, faxing, mailing, filing and photocopying.
  • Arranging logistics for visitors, coordinate conference calls, transcribe notes and type correspondence.
  • She would manage the MD’s schedule and workload and ensure adequate preparation for meetings.
  • Ensure that all mails received are distributed to the appropriate departments/persons
  • Facilitate information flow from the MD’s office to various sections of the organization
  • Any other duties as may be assigned by the head of department.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

  • A minimum of first degree in social sciences or other related areas with at least 2 years’ experience
  • Excellent communication skills.
