Overview

Administrative Assistant needed at Immaculate Ghana

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize office files, documents, and records.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping and data entry tasks.
  • Support management and other staff with administrative tasks as required.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

  • HND or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business-related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
  • Must reside in or around Ablekuma and environs.
