A reputable international duty-free shop is looking to recruit an Accounts Executive.

Job purpose: To handle day-to-day accounting, provide financial information to management by analyzing data and prepare reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Document financial transactions by entering account information in ERP.
• Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
• Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
• Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents.
• Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
• Guide accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Secure financial information by completing data base backups.

KPIs :

• Timely & accurate financial reporting.
• Days to complete month end
• Adherence to process and compliance with system control

Competencies :

Functional

• Excellent knowledge in accounting standards.
• Knowledge in budget & monitoring systems
• Excellent knowledge in MS Excel
• Hands on experience in SAP / any other ERP packages

Qualification & Experience: Graduation. Minimum 5 year experience in similar role.
