Responsibilities:

2. Accounts Payable and Receivable:
   • Process invoices and ensure timely payment to suppliers.
   • Manage customer invoicing and follow up on outstanding payments.
   • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
3. Budgeting and Forecasting:
   • Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets for the export parts store.
   • Provide financial insights to support decision-making and identify areas for cost savings.
4. Financial Reporting:
   • Generate regular financial reports for management, summarizing key metrics and performance indicators.
   • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
5. Tax Compliance:

   • Prepare and submit tax returns in a timely manner.
6. Audit Support:
   • Assist in the preparation of internal and external audits.

7. Financial Analysis:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an accountant, preferably in a retail or export-oriented business.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
