Aquasmile Ltd seeks the services of an Account Supervisor.

Work Location: Kpando, along the Prison’s road

WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
2. Create and update expense reports
3. Process reimbursement forms
4. Prepare bank deposits
5. Enter financial transactions into internal databases
6. Work with spreadsheets, sales purchase ledgers and journals
7. Maintain digital and physical financial records

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCES

• HND Accounting or relevant courses
• Ability to work as part of a team and take direction accurately
• Competent IT skills, particularly proficiency with spreadsheet software
• High level of accuracy
• Analytical thinker and problem solver
• Extremely organized
• Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information
• Administrative skills
