Sales Executive

What You Will Do

  • Actively seek out and engage with new customers to expand the company’s market reach.
  • Meet and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term relationships with both existing and potential clients.
  • Present CN-Bulb products and services to clients in a clear, persuasive, and professional manner.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust strategies where necessary.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to provide clients with seamless support.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competence

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Senior High School (SHS) certificate; higher academic qualifications are an advantage.
  • Previous sales or marketing experience is preferred, though candidates with strong potential will also be considered.
  • Must be between 18 and 30 years old.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license will be considered an added advantage.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and build trust.
  • Proficiency in basic digital tools such as Microsoft Office, WhatsApp, and other sales-related platforms.
  • Ability to prepare and deliver professional presentations to clients.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to maintain lasting client relationships.
  • High level of self-motivation, resilience, and adaptability in a competitive market.
