Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities within the HR Consulting space.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to promote services in Learning & Development, Recruitment, and People Outsourcing.
• Achieve revenue targets by implementing effective sales strategies and expanding market presence.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Business Development within HR Consulting, Learning & Development, Recruitment, or People Outsourcing.
• Strong network of corporate clients and decision-makers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• A self-driven, results-oriented professional with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
