Administrative Assistant

Overview:

Our client is a wholly owned Ghanaian company whose aim is to bring Information Technology to the doorstep of every organization in this age of Information Technology. The firm’s main principal practice disciplines include, but not limited to Sales, IT Infrastructure Deployment, Software Development, and IT Advisory Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations, including procurement of office supplies and management of the cleaning company.
  • Ensure a safe, secure, and productive work environment for staff.
  • Schedule and coordinate senior management meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage documentation of the organization.
  • Maintain professional communication with clients, partners, and team members.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum of HND in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in office administration, preferably in the information technology, telecom, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
