Sales Manager – Special Market

We are currently seeking a dynamic, results-driven and experienced Sales Manager (Special Market) to join our vibrant team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adequate knowledge and understanding of the welfare insurance market and the various product offerings
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets for business growth.
  • Recruit, train and mentor a sales team to enhance their skills and drive performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and offer suitable products
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the welfare market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in potential client organizations.
  • Effectively organize and conduct high profile corporate presentations, negotiate and follow up to close deals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Ensure all sales practices adhere to regulatory standards and company policies.

Skills and competencies required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in Welfare Insurance Sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills
  • Strong ability to lead, motivate and develop a winning sales team
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions
  • Commitment to providing high levels of customer satisfaction and addressing client complaints promptly
  • Innovative approach to overcoming challenges and finding solutions for clients
  • High networking skills, sociable and strong business relationship builder
