Customer Service Representatives

Overview

Gigi Beauty Bar is looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Customer Service Representative to be the voice of our brand and the first point of contact for our clients. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience—from answering questions and booking appointments to handling feedback with care and professionalism. You’ll help ensure every client feels valued and supported before, during, and after their visit.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, beauty-forward environment and genuinely loves helping people feel their best. Please note: this role requires availability on Sundays.


What You Will Do

  • Client Interaction & Support
  1. Greet clients warmly in person, via phone, and online (Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.).
  2. Assist with booking, rescheduling, or canceling appointments accurately and efficiently.
  3. Provide information on services, promotions, and policies with clarity and enthusiasm.
  4. Resolve client concerns, complaints, or questions with patience and a solutions-first attitude.
  • Front Desk Operations
  1. Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy, welcoming, and reflective of the Gigi brand.
  2. Handle check-ins, check-outs, and payments smoothly using POS and scheduling software.
  3. Coordinate with stylists and technicians to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Customer Engagement & Retention
  1. Build genuine relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
  2. Enroll clients in loyalty programs, upsell promotions, and inform them of seasonal offers.
  3. Gather feedback after services to help improve our offerings and client experience.
  • Online & CRM Communication
  1. Update and maintain client records in booking/CRM systems accurately.
  2. Send reminders, thank-you notes, and follow-up messages to clients.
  • Team Collaboration
  1. Work closely with salon staff and management to keep operations seamless.
  2. Support marketing campaigns by relaying promos or collecting client testimonials.
  3. Stay updated on new services, products, and policies to communicate them clearly.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

  • Proven experience in customer service, front desk, or hospitality (1–2 years preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Warm, professional, and positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized.
  • Passionate about beauty, self-care, and delivering exceptional service.
  • Must be available to work on Sundays.
