Job Description

Receive customer orders, handle customer payments, and liaise with customers for shipment confirmation. Liaise with the warehouse and communicate with the forwarder for shipment arrangement handling.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Organize and plan schedules and systems, liaising with freight transportation, shipping companies, suppliers, customers, and overseas boundaries to ensure timely shipping.
2. Receive customer orders, handle customer payments and liaise with customers for shipment confirmation.
3. Ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions for LC shipment and arranging small consignments through courier.
4. Handle inbound and outbound shipments, processing and filing of permits, processing documents in a timely manner and dispatch to customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics.
• At least 1- 2 years experience in Logistics and customs clearance.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
