Buck Press Ltd in Ofankor is seeking an experienced Software Developer with strong expertise in C# to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your advanced C# programming skills to design, build, and maintain robust software applications. You will play a key role in the development lifecycle, from defining software requirements to deployment and ongoing improvements. This position is ideal for a developer with deep knowledge of C# and related Microsoft technologies, eager to work on challenging projects in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy high-quality applications with a primary focus on C#.
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable C# code following industry best practices.
• Design and implement software solutions, applying object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify software requirements and translate them into robust code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in C# applications to ensure performance and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain existing software code.
• Contribute to documentation, ensuring clear and comprehensive records of code and system functionality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on C# and .NET technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of C#, including experience with .NET Core, ASP.NET, and Windows Forms/WPF.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, especially object-oriented programming (OOP) and SOLID principles.
• Proficiency in version control systems, such as Git, and familiarity with CI/CD practices.
• Experience with database management, particularly SQL Server, Oracle Database or other relational databases.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with front-end frameworks and tools, such as JavaScript, Angular, or React.
• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks, such as NUnit, MSTest, or xUnit.
• Proficiency with DevOps tools and processes, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
