Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced HR Administrator to join its vibrant private school community in Berekum and play a key role in shaping its future. With 600 students and 35 dedicated staff members, we are looking for an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and possesses the vision and leadership qualities to cultivate a thriving learning environment while ensuring smooth and efficient school operations.

What You Will Do

1. Work collaboratively to ensure that all employees/teachers have the necessary training, information, and resources to maximize their productivity within the school.
2. Communicate policies pertaining to the policies of the school and ensure strict adherence to these policies
3. Oversee employee orientation
4. Collect and analyze employee data
5. Foster positive relations among teachers, parents and students and provide support throughout the teacher lifecycle.
6. Create a productive work environment that aligns with the organization’s goals
7. Participate in recruitment and dismissal processes
8. Perform employee background checks and verify information where necessary
9. Participate in the establishment of employee feedback system, put forward corrective suggestions to the corresponding problem departments for the daily problems reflected by employees, supervise and improve them

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• Minimum of a Degree in HR/ related business field. A Masters Degree would be a plus
• Professional certification would be an added advantage
• Applicants must be an all rounded individual with strict law enforcement abilities 
• Applicants must be older than 35 years 
• Minimum of 7 years relevant working experience in the same or related role
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Ghana’s Labor Law
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Must be people-centered
• Must be willing to relocate to Berekum, Bono Region
