Overview

The role of a Sales Executive is to generate leads for the loan products and visit prospective clients to sell our products and services to. They are also to update the Customer Relationship Management database with the information of new clients and work to meet sales targets.

What You Will Do

1. Generate leads for loan products.
2. Market our loan products to a target audience to pitch sales.
3. Handle customer questions, enquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
4. Contact prospective clients who have expressed interest in a loan facility.
5. Liaise with a Credit Officer to assess clients before the approval of loan requests.
6. Understand client’s financial needs and advise on the most suitable loan product.
7. Educate our clients about our products and the requirements that go with the loan products.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Bank & Finance or a related discipline.
• Minimum of two(2) years working experience in a similar role.
• Work experience as a Credit Officer is an added advantage
• Skilled in the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
