A renowned Kente store in Teshie, Accra is looking to employ an experienced Store Manager with a background in Digital Marketing to work with.

Only candidates with Digital Marketing background and experience would be shortlisted.

What You Will Do

1. Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
2. Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
3. Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
4. Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
5. Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
6. Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
7. Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
8. Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
9. Additional store manager duties as needed

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• Minimum of HND in Business Administration or related field
• Must have a minimum of 2 years working experience with Digital Marketing
• Must have a minimum of 2 years working experience in Management or related field
• Proven successful experience as a retail Store Manager
• Powerful leading skills and business orientation
• Customer management skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Applicants must live in and around Teshie
