Female Secretary in Accra

Overview

Gastronauten Institute (GI), a virtual training service provider is set to become a leading technical institute for refrigeration and air-conditioning technology in Ghana. GI will combine theory and practical under one roof and hands-on training will take the front burner and it will be at the core of what we do.


What You Will Do

  1. Answering phone calls and redirect them when necessary
  2. Managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
  3. Preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos and forms
  4. Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
  5. Develop and maintain a filing system
  6. Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
  7. Make travel arrangements
  8. Document expenses and hand in reports
  9. Undertake occasional receptionist duties

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

  • Minimum of a Degree
  • Minimum of 6 years relevant working experience
  • High level of multi-tasking and time management capability
  • Must be between the ages of 30-40 years
  • Must not be married or with kids
  • Should be able to calculate without a cell phone or calculator
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Integrity and professionalism
  • Proficiency in MS Office
