Overview

We are looking for a Headmaster /Headteacher to join our team and foster a healthy learning environment for our students. Your primary responsibilities will be to supervise our education staff and oversee day-to-day school operations.

Job Location: Techiman-Bono East, off Bamiri Road, Adjacent to Milimed Hospital.

What You Will Do

• Set learning goals for students and teachers based on national curricula.
• Monitor and report on teacher performance
• Review and implement school policies.
• Organize school events and assemblies.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• B. Ed. in Basic Education / Diploma in Basic Education/ Diploma in Early Childhood Education
• Bachelors’ Degree in any teaching subject with Post graduate diploma in Education
• Must be between 38 – 60 years of age
• Must be computer literate
• A minimum of 2 years of working experience in the teaching field
