Overview

Our client is an NGO who seeks to empower street-connected girls and children to build brighter future is looking to employ an Early Childhood Care Supervisor to work with immediately.

What You Will Do

1. Create and maintain a safe and stimulating environment for children devoid of discrimination and abuse.
2. Ensure that activities in the Early Childhood Development (ECD) Centre is well planned and managed in the best interest of the child.
3. Supervise the work of other staff of the (ECD) center.
4. Mentor day care attendants to improve their skills.
5. Manage the day to day activities of the early ECD center.
6. Serve as a liaison between the community and the ECD centre.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• Diploma In Education / Diploma in Early Childhood Education will be an advantage
• At least 2 years’ experience as a supervisor or a similar position in a school.
• Be willing to work with less privileged children.
• Applicants must be between the ages of 30-40 years
