What You Will Do

1. Organize existing content on the company’s platform and classify the content according to its requirement.
2. Listen to audio content, and label the contents according to relevant rules.
3. Responsible for community communication and maintaining user relations.
4. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 3 years experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills, good customer development and service skills.
