Customer Service Representative

Overview

Our client creates a cashless system of payment in the Transport and Oil sector and beyond, with its main objective of providing a system which will enable the ordinary Ghanaian have total control on their money through a cashless mode of payments for all goods and services. They need a Customer Service Representative to work with.


What You Will Do

  1. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  2. Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  3. Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
  4. Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  5. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  6. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

  • Minimum of Diploma in Communications Studies/Journalism or related field
  • A minimum of 1 year working experience as front desk or customer service rep.
  • Not married with kids: must be single
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Comfortable using computers.
  • Should be able to speak both English, Twi and Ga or any other language.
