Overview

A well established estate management company requires an Estate Manager to manage the maintenance and operations of a residential property on the Spintex Road.

Duties

1. Managing all  administrative, financial and operational activities
2. Liaising with property owners, service providers, contractors and tenants.
3. Preparation of lease offers and lease agreements.
4. Updating company files on each property including tenant and lease details
5. Debtor and creditor accounts administration.
6. Responding to matters raised by property owners, service providers and tenants.
7. Showing potential tenants homes to let and following up on tenant leads

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• Tertiary qualification in property administration or law.
• Property administration experience with at least 2 checkable references.
• Driving license, car owner preferred
