Maybert Engineering Company limited is into the sale, installation and servicing of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning equipment. The company is seeking to employ a person within the ages of 25years to 38 years for the position of Accounts & Credit Control officer.

Industry: Refrigeration and Air Conditioning

Accounts Duties:

• Taking a proactive role in managing and collecting debts of company debtors.
• Evaluating new credit requests and reviewing customers’ credit worthiness
• Applying the company’s terms and conditions of credit.
• Ensure timely payment of customer’s debts to the company.
• Following up payments as needed.
• Negotiating re-payment plans where necessary.
• Responding to relevant client enquiries.
• Processing and reconciliation of invoices.
• Checking and posting of receipts to accounting systems.
• Filing of Tax returns to GRA and filing of SSNIT and Tier 2 contributions.
• Preparation of client status reports and all relevant information as required.
• Preparation of client ledgers and sales ledger.
• Prepare reports on weekly activities.

Educational Qualification: HND in Accountancy

Specification:

• Minimum of 3 years working experience as an Accounts Officer.
• Being a student member of ACCA/CA is an added advantage.
• Strong Book Keeping Skills.
• Strong hold on all Microsoft Excel and Word Skills.
• Excellent Credit Management Skills.
• Excellent Customer Relationship Management Skills.
• Good Interpersonal Skills.
• The ideal candidate must have a valid Driver’s License.
