We are looking for Field Marketers to join CAPCO organisation. CAPCO is a wholesaler and retailer of UK approved consumer food products which have recently launched in Ghana. We are excited to bring our products to Africa and making Ghana our first stop

All our products are extensively tested and approved by UK Food and Drug Agency. We are launching our presence in Ghana with our superior Sunflower oil product.

We are recruiting for Field Marketers with background in new business sales. The majority of this role will be direct engagement with the SME retail market place in a self-generation capacity. The successful Field Marketers will be motivated self-starters and ideally have sales delivery background.

Successful Field Marketers will need to demonstrate:

• An exceptional sales and profit performance record.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
• Proven success rate in negotiating and closing sales
• A sales/business development background
• You will have a proven ability and have a winning mentality.
• The character and ability to engage with people 1 to 1.
• Drive and determination to maximise your potential.
• You will have a full Ghanaian driving license (optional but highly recommended).
• You will have your own vehicle. (optional but highly recommended)
