Job Description

• Identify prospects and convert such prospects into loan clients.
• Seek, follow up and convert leads/referrals.
• Conduct registration formalities and assist agents to sign up unto the service.
• You will educate agents on the use of the platform/service, promotions, new services, new processes, etc.
• You will ensure 100% visibility of the brand at agent’s location.
• Ensure 100% cash repayment daily of all loans advanced to assigned agents at all times required.
• Ensure prompt response to agents’ requests and calls within defined service levels.
• Deposit cash collected to assigned banks within defined service levels.
• Document all collections via appropriate tools and applications
• Safe keeping of the cash collected till it is paid to the nearest branch of the partner bank or to the office.
• Educate agents on the use of the platform/service and escalate issues that come to your attention.
• Other duties assigned to you by management.

Key Performance Indicators

• New business acquisition
• Client retention (100%) at all times
• Loan repayment frequency per agent per day (Minimum of 4)
• Loan recovery (100%) at all times
• NPL (0%) at all times
• Turnaround time to serve loan clients (15 minutes after request)
• Policy Compliance.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year working experience in a mobile banking role.
• Work experience in the microfinance or telecommunications industries.
• A minimum of an SHS certificate
• Proven record of delivering against targets
• Good communication skills.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Initiative and drive.
• Self-motivated with enthusiasm for meeting targets
• Ability to drive a motorcycle/scooter (Must possess a minimum of a class A license)”
