A reputable Organization in Spintex requires a Customer Service Executive for immediate employment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
• Provide pricing and delivery information
• Follow up on customer interaction and transactions
• Process orders and other requests.
• Run errands on behalf of the company when due.
• Answer emails

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• A Minimum of first Degree or Diploma is required
• At least 1 year working experience in a similar role
• Exceptional verbal and written communication
• Strong understanding of company’s products, policies and services
• Excellent problem solving and customer service skills
• Excellent telephone Etiquette
• Analytical, efficient and thorough
• Ability to Multi task
• The person should live around Nungua, Teshie, Spintex, Ashaiman, Sakumono, Tema
