Allianz Insurance Ghana is recruiting Sales Executives for Accra
Responsibilities
Promotes and sells a portfolio of products to current and target customers.
Develops and consultatively sells appropriate product/service solutions and cultivates referrals.
Focuses on managing and selling to larger and more complex clients and prospects.
Establish appointments with senior level executives of these organizations
Communicates regularly with team members, senior sales management, and business units regarding client activity, results, competitive information, and market trends.
Coordinate and provide sales demonstrations
Follow up to negotiate contract terms and pricing
Maintain focused approach to daily sales activities and systems based workflow
Secure the executed contract and coordinating the transition of new clients..
Develop industry specific knowledge necessary to have credible fruitful conversations
Engage in team selling to strategic accounts in key industries or Relationship Managers in existing accounts.
Required Skills or Experience
Degree, HND, DBS, WASSCE
3 years’ applicable sales experience.
