Supply and record officer Needed at Reputable Firm. While the primary duties of a procurement manager or specialist are linked to sourcing goods and services for the organization, they also can handle additional duties.  Procurement managers evaluate and compare products and services to determine which best meet the organization’s needs ,  The supply manger keeps all records regarding supplies. These include records on the costs of transportation, supplies, storage, damages and any contracts. The supply officer is responsible for preparing reports on inventory and stock management. Maintains department inventory of supplies and equipment. Disburses supplies and equipment to police personnel as required. Records the issuance of supplies, materials, and/or equipment to other employees. Maintains stocks of printed materials, uniform items, and weapons, and replenishes stocks when necessary.

Job Qualification / Requirement

• Able to pay attention to detail.
• A bachelor’s degree in finance, business, logistics, or supply management. Proven work experience as a Purchasing officerh, Purchasing Agent or similar role. Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors.
