Senior Analyst (NEX-SA-002) who will be responsible for the analysis, design, scheduling, and delivery of solutions on behalf of the company to meet clients’ expectations. The Senior Business Analyst provides strategic business analysis services to business partners. The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for reviewing assigned business processes from end-to-end to identify and address operational, financial and technological risk
Job Functions/ Responsibilities
- Developing proof-of-concept, business plans, and financial models
- Evaluating existing systems and procedures and making recommendations for improvement where necessary
- Managing and mentoring the team of Analysts assigned to projects
- Guiding research and analysis
- Ensuring execution of assigned projects within the specified time, scope, and budget
- Managing existing clients and building relationships with new clients
Qualifications / Requirement & Experience
- A first degree from a recognized university
- Post-Graduate degree (MBA, MSc, etc.) will be an added advantage
- Project management certification will be a plus
- Minimum of 5 years practical experience in management consulting is compulsory
- Previous experience in the financial services sector will be an added advantage
- Proven ability to develop deep client network and relationships
- Strong facilitation and negotiation abilities
