A Reputable Company is seeking for sales  Representative and vendor Associate to assist recruiting vendors on online food delivery platform

Job functions /Responsibilities

•  Successfully contacted and invited potential vendors on the platform.
•  Train and Micro-manage field ambassadors or representatives on how to recruit vendors
• Assist in recruiting vendors, field ambassador or field representatives
• Create a plan on how to meet monthly target in regard to vendors sign ups
• Analyzed the weekly report and provided solutions to improve vendor experience.
•  Constantly collaborated and negotiated with vendors on business values and ways of building
• partnerships for long-term relationships.
•  Developed an onboarding Self Sign-Up (SSU) process for vendors.
• Tracked and reduced the lead conversion time of applicants-to-vendors on Salesforce.
• Participated in monthly vendor interactive sessions to improve selling experience.
