Job Overview

Sales Manager needed at Reputable Company for immediate employment. Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence. Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives. Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.

Job Functions/ Responsibilities

  •  Promoting the products and services of the company
  •  Prospecting new markets and increased clientele base
  •  Develop and maintain business relationship with corporate and individual clients
  • Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan
  •  Planning and executing marketing strategies for identified target markets
  •  Identifying new industry trends • Meeting marketing financial objectives
  •  Preparation of weekly marketing call report
  •  Assist in planning and overseeing new consultants development plan
  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
  • Meeting planned sales goals.
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.

Job Requirements/ Responsibilities

  • BA/BSc/OND OR HND *Experience
  •  First level University degree or equivalent (BA/BSc/OND OR HND); may have advanced university degree
  •  Minimum 2 years work experience in real estate and digital marketing
  •  Effective written and verbal communications skills including the ability to prepare reports, proposals.
  •  Demonstrate exemplary follow-through skills; ability to oversee, track, and complete complex projects/assignments
  • Must be able to leverage on all real estate and social media sites
  •  Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
