Sales Associates are responsible for all sales activities and sales associate job duties, from greeting customers, answering questions, offering assistance, suggesting items, lending opinions and providing product information. … Must also be able to deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally. Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers. Achieving established goal. They also  assists  customers in finding the right product or service to suit their needs by explaining the benefits and uses of various items. They may also process the customer’s payment and package the goods for them to leave the store.

• Welcoming customers into the store
• Staying knowledgeable about our range of products
• Explaining to customers the best products for their needs
• Recommending related products to increase customers’ options and enrich the shopping experience
• Explaining the benefits and functions of products, method of preparation and how to use them to achieve the best results
• Accepting and processing orders, operate the POS register and resolve returns issues
• Promoting special sales, offers and awareness of store loyalty program

Job Requirements:

• SSCE or ND
• In-depth knowledge of retail products
• Excellent sales and communication skills
• Working knowledge of POS payment systems
