An Environmental Engineering Company based in Port Harcourt, affiliated with Offshore Technical Experts is Seeking for Remediation Environmental Engineer ,  Remediation engineer work with clients to assess existing environmental damage due to toxic materials and determine how to best remove them or minimize their impact. These engineers can also use remediation systems that treat polluted groundwater or soil. Design, plan, or perform engineering duties in the prevention, control, and remediation of environmental health hazards utilizing various engineering disciplines. Work may include waste treatment, site remediation, or pollution control technology.

Job Function / Responsibilities

• Collaborate with environmental scientists, planners, hazardous waste technicians, engineers, and other specialists, and experts in law and business to address environmental problems.
• Prepare, review, and update environmental investigation and recommendation reports
• Provide technical support in developing and implementing environmental programs in industries.
• Review and recommend improvements to existing environmental programs to reduce environmental damages.
• Oversee waste management and pollution control activities.

Job Requirement / Qualification

• B.Eng. in Environmental Engineering or related discipline. Other professional certifications will be added advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years’ hands on experience in this position.
•  Focuses on protecting the environment by reducing waste and pollution.
•  Environmental engineers optimize the use of natural resources, help to develop renewable energy resources and maximize the use of existing materials.
