We are looking hire competent individuals for the role mentioned above to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative and human resource operations of a leading multi-national manufacturing company in Lagos. Nigeria. You will be handling incoming phone calls and other communications, greeting clients and visitors, as well as managing files, updating paperwork and other documents, and performing other general office clerk duties and errands.
In order for you to be selected as a candidate, you will need the ability to write clearly and be proficient with word processing applications. A pleasing personality with strong communication skills is also highly valued.
The ideal candidate will be hard – working and able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently incorporating New and effective ways to achieve better results.
• Minimums of 1 year work experience in administrative services or related role .
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skill.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skill.
• Ability to work well under limited supervision.
• Proactive and organised approach to multi- tasking.
• Minimum qualifications of OND/HND/BSC.
