Job Overview

We are looking for a graduate internship IT Software Support that will be part of an agile Technical Support team, supporting enterprise-wide business solutions. The IT Support Intern will be responsible for assisting the IT Team with end-user support on hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices/telephones) and software. This individual will assist IT Team members roll out new technology, inventory, documentation, troubleshoot as needed, field queries via phone, email and service desk tickets. Additionally, the IT Support Intern must be able to work in a rapidly changing environment and provide timely, high-quality and accurate work product. Position Requirements Linux/Unix and Window 7 platform experience Database application development Java, Javascript and/or Python programming skills Unix scripting skills Good understanding of network protocols Excellent analytical problem solving skills Excellent communication skills Development of support knowledge base/runbooks/howtos/faqs Desirable Knowledge of the following skills is desirable:- Messaging technologies such as JMS MySQL Django JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.

Requirement

• Be below 25 years of age
• B.Sc/HND in Information Technology, Computer Science/Engineering courses. IT certifications will also be required
• Must Reside In Lagos
