Job maniac, a media, logistics, event hiring and training company is looking to hire over 20 people to fill the position of front desk receptionist and​ cashier.

Responsibilities/ Functions

• Greeting guests, issuing visitor badges, taking phone calls, sorting correspondence
• Answering to client inquiries,
• Ordering office supplies,
• Maintaining the reception area clean and organized, receiving shipments,
• Updating records and files,
• Maintaining schedules

Job Requirement

• SSCE/HND/OND/BSC( work experience is not necessary for BSC & HND holders but advantageous)
• Minimum of 1 year work experience
• Great team work
• Ability to use Ms Office
