A Reputable Company is seeking for Brand manager in other to use customer and trend research to create strategies that will change how people perceive the brand. This can involve overseeing advertising, design and events. Brand manager are responsible for making sure that branding is consistent across advertising and campaigns. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, oversight, analysis, research, strategy, project management, supervision, monitoring, planning & execution, coordination, assistance, and management, with the goal of improving a company’s reputation in its target market, while driving .

• To do so, these professionals continuously monitor marketing trends and keep a close eye on competitive products in the marketplace
• Accomplishes department objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating department activities.
• Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Ensures a safe, secure, and legal work environment
• Develops personal growth opportunities.

Job Requirement / Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in brand or product management.
• Strong project management skills.
• Exceptional verbal and report presentation abilities.
• Extensive experience in packaging design and retail display creation
