Overview

We have urgent need for an Admin/HR Officer to work an Energy Trading Company. As an Admin/HR, purely Office Administrative duties and some HR related activities shall for form the entire Job scope. The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for day-to-day HR administrative support, as well as assisting in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects. This position contributes significantly to the overall success of the P&L team by supporting the business with sound HR administration.

What You Will Do

  • Ensure management of Office functions
  • Procurement of all office items including Stationeries
  • Generate Reports of assigned duties
  • Protocol Support and attend to Managing Director’s Office needs.
  • Preparation of Salary Schedule. Attendance Monitoring, etc.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assist or relevant role
  • Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
  • Thorough knowledge of labor laws
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
  • BS in Human Resources or relevant field
