Qualification Required & Experience

• Minimum of HND in Marine Engineering or any related field

• Proven experience as a waterpark manager
• Experience leading or supervising teams in an aquatic or waterpark environment
• Superior customer service skills
• Knowledge of waterpark tools and equipment
• Good knowledge in sports and recreation
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and multi-task effectively
• Excellent organisational skills
• Good analytical skills
• Problem solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good problem-solving skills

NOTE:

Selected candidates will be subjected to three (3) months intensive and professionally measured training and orientation before the trial opening phase.

Again selected candidates would be accommodated on the premises where the resort is located to enable them give customised services to the Resort’s valued guests.
