Achimota School has obtained Consent from the Government of Ghana to officially and effectively administer the Achimota School Lands. To this end, the Board of Government of Achimota School intends to appoint a Transaction Advisor for an initial period of one year to carry out the following duties:

• To liaise with the appointed Land Use Planner in the development of a spatial land-use scheme for Achimota School Lands in conjunction with Okai-Koi North Municipal Assembly t guide the orderly development of Achimota School and its environment.
• To advise with the legal administrative arrangement concerning all state institution in the occupation of Achimota School Lands
• To advise on the legal administrative arrangement about all the developers who by their actions, intend to conform with the spatial land-use plan.
• To act as liaison with  the Lands Commission in their support of the regulation of all occupants of Achimota School lands.
• Advise on or propose fees, charges and rents payable should a development be regularised
• Any other incidental land administration matters

Qualifications:

• BSc. Land Economy or equivalent with a minimum 15 years’post qualification experience.
• Membership of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors or its equivalent
• Experience in the Administration of Public Lands
